I and my kids had good fun at this place. While the sofa groans under its age and the carpet's seen better days, we enjoyed the spacious living room. Kitchen was kind of lacking but we managed alright. Good times lazing on the balcony, watching the river flow. Can't forget the kiddos having a blast at the pool nearby. A nice getaway – with personality! .

The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and playground, while my wife and I enjoyed the convenience of nearby shops and eateries. the security measures gave us peace of mind, and the spacious apartment was perfect for our family of adventurers.

I had such a fantastic experience at this hotel! the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying breakfasts in the serene surroundings of the beautiful river. We also loved taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and having a barbecue in the garden area. the walking paths along the river were just spectacular, offering a peaceful and scenic way to explore the area.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of clear signage for the elevators. It would be helpful to have signs indicating which elevator leads to specific apartments to avoid confusion.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay near the river, with plenty of activities to do, this is the perfect choice! You can paddleboard on the river and take advantage of the fantastic walking paths that run alongside it. The rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly staff and a secure parking area. Plus, the location is close to the river, so you can enjoy the beautiful view and relax by the water.

It's worth mentioning that some parts of the hotel felt a bit clinical and lacked a personal touch.

During my recent stay at Itara Apartments, I was delighted by the spacious and comfortable apartment. The modern amenities such as the oven, hotplates, dishwasher, and washing machine made our stay extremely convenient. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the highlights was the huge balcony with its stunning view of the Ross River, parklands, and eucalyptus trees. The secure underground parking and refreshing pool were added bonuses. Additionally, the location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to the nearby lagoon, playground, and walking tracks. We also appreciated the proximity to the Willows Shopping Centre, where we had access to various stores. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Drawbacks: While the apartment itself was wonderful, I did notice a few minor issues. The couch appeared to be dirty and the carpet had some stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness.
