I loved the spacious apartment with its lounge opening onto a grassed area by the river. the pool area was delightful, with plenty of chairs and shade. the friendly staff arranged to post some forgotten items.

Didn’t dislike anything; overall a pleasant stay.

I adored the cozy beach house vibe of the hotel's decorations; it reminded me of old happy days by the shore. the common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for seniors like me. Plus, the location made it simple to stroll around and enjoy the surroundings comfortably.

I wish the children working there understood the specific needs of senior guests better.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of all the shops and close to the beach, you can easily walk everywhere. the staff here are fantastic, super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. the apartment we stayed in had a lovely river view, and the pool area was excellent for relaxing after a day out.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level if your room faces the car park. It can get a bit loud early in the morning with staff cleaning.

Despite a rocky start with check-in and some initial missing amenities, Jacaranda Noosa's excellent location, clean bathrooms, and spacious rooms made for a pleasant stay. the staff swiftly addressed issues with aircon and kitchen pans, ensuring our comfort. a great spot for families in Noosa Heads.

We recently stayed at a 1 Bedroom Studio Apartment at Jacaranda Noosa and we were extremely impressed with the whole experience. The apartment was modern, exceptionally clean, and in a perfect location just a few steps away from the heart of Hastings Street and a short walk to the beach. The complex also had a practical pool area with a clean swimming pool, sun lounges, shelter, and a BBQ.

In terms of internet, the provided codes were great and the connection was quick and reliable. However, the data limits were quite low , which may not be sufficient for those who rely on streaming videos for work or leisure.

the room was huge and clean. LOVED the outdoor dining area. Definitely going back! the leisure facilities were even better than on the photos.

This hotel has an excellent location, with direct access to the bustling beach and just across the road for a swim. Not only that, but it is conveniently situated right next to the bin area, making it easy to dispose of waste. On one side, it offers a lovely view of the river, while on the other side, you can enjoy the vibrant shopping strip. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel provides extra touches like washing powder, washing up liquid, and cleaning spray for added convenience.

The pool is quite small compared to other facilities offered by the hotel.

The database provided was incredibly easy to navigate, with clear categories and search functions that made finding information a breeze. the room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a good size kitchen that had all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the added security of a lock on the screen door that separated my room from another apartment.

One minor drawback I noticed was the lack of window curtains in the room. While the lounge room had curtains, they did not close the whole way across, letting in more light than I would have liked in the mornings.

I had a great stay at Jacaranda Noosa. The location was fantastic, right on Hastings Street. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the modern appliances I needed. The bed was super comfortable too! The balcony overlooking the river was a nice touch. The property manager was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I would highly recommend Jacaranda Noosa for a wonderful vacation experience.

The property was not what was advertised. It was more of a budget type and definitely not luxury apartments.
