The location of the motel is excellent, with easy access to major sights of the area and close proximity to Seaworld in Southport. Furthermore, guests can conveniently visit Australia Fair to indulge in some shopping. One reviewer even mentioned that the motel is within walking distance to the beach and numerous cafes. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with amenities provided for pets, such as bowls, bedding, and even a ball and biscuit.

There were issues with the internet connection, which was unreliable and not functioning properly inside the rooms. Additionally, hot water in the showers was inconsistent and would turn cold after a while.

The hotel was pristine, boasting excellent facilities and easy parking. Its prime location offered proximity to several restaurants, as well as quick access to popular attractions and transport options. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Very dog-friendly with a dog beach just a block away, provided sheets to cover furniture for fur babies, capped dog fee after the 3rd day. Separate bedroom and lounge diner, friendly staff, decent wifi, close to posh restaurant areas. Easy drive to attractions and recommend "Milan on main" restaurant. Loved the Exhibitionist bar with amazing views at HOTA. Relaxed at the swimming pool and enjoyed the garden area. Explored nearby landmarks like Gold Coast Hockey Centre, Sea World, and Mitchell Park, enhancing family bonding.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. For the price we paid, we got a fully contained 2 bedroom flat with new furniture and pillow-top mattresses. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and tidy rooms that made us feel comfortable. Additionally, the location was fantastic, being within walking distance of a number of restaurants, which was very convenient.

There was only one minor issue during our stay, but overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

The location was convenient for our city trip, close to friends we were visiting and with easy access to public transportation. the room had some useful amenities such as a microwave and a mini-fridge, which allowed us to save some money by preparing our own meals. there was a parking space available, which was a relief since finding parking can be challenging in the city.

The hotel gave an overall impression of being outdated and in need of maintenance. the beds were uncomfortable and some areas of the bathroom were in poor condition.
