Our recent stay at Jephson Hotel & Apartments was fantastic! The spacious Jephson Suite easily accommodated our large bridal party and the ensuite bathrooms were a great convenience. The hotel's location, close to the city and shops, was convenient, although there was some street noise at night. The Covet restaurant had delicious food and the staff were friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying again.

Clean and comfortable room with a spacious balcony, equipped kitchenette, and a big bed. The staff was welcoming and professional with excellent service while providing directions to local restaurants and supermarkets, and they were ready to assist with any additional enquiries. The location was ideal with everything you needed within walking distance, including public transport, shopping centers, and banks. The complimentary hot chocolate and quality curtains were an extra bonus to the great service.

The wifi tool provided during check-in did not work, making it challenging to catch up on work emails. During our stay, we realized the location was not ideal for visiting Brisbane, but perfect for those who have work or plans in the area.

Staying here was a great experience! This place is located in a lovely suburb with many amenities close by, making my trip enjoyable. The staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room amenities were outstanding, including heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, the flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi provided some entertainment, and the on-site car park and luggage storage made it convenient to travel.

Families should definitely check out this venue.

The hotel's modern and soothing decor created a pleasant ambiance. The central location was convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. The spacious room featured a super comfy bed, and the bathroom, though small, was functional. Seamless check-in, perfect cleanliness, great staff morale, and reasonable prices made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and a safe for convenience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests were inconsiderate and noisy, shouting and banging doors late at night.
