The kids loved the exciting rides and colorful playgrounds, while my wife and I enjoyed the peaceful gardens and family-friendly atmosphere. the convenient location near family restaurants made dining a breeze. Overall, a fantastic stay for families!

The room size was larger than usual hotels, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, plus the balcony was a great bonus for morning coffees. the location was superb, with easy access to the CBD by train, ferry, or bus, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby. the issue of the safe not working should be addressed.

Our recent stay at Jephson Hotel & Apartments was fantastic! The spacious Jephson Suite easily accommodated our large bridal party and the ensuite bathrooms were a great convenience. The hotel's location, close to the city and shops, was convenient, although there was some street noise at night. The Covet restaurant had delicious food and the staff were friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying again.

Clean and comfortable room with a spacious balcony, equipped kitchenette, and a big bed. the staff was welcoming and professional with excellent service while providing directions to local restaurants and supermarkets, and they were ready to assist with any additional enquiries. the location was ideal with everything you needed within walking distance, including public transport, shopping centers, and banks. the complimentary hot chocolate and quality curtains were an extra bonus to the great service.

The wifi tool provided during check-in did not work, making it challenging to catch up on work emails. However, it was not a significant issue as our stay was enjoyable, and the hotel met our needs.

Staying here was a great experience! This place is located in a lovely suburb with many amenities close by, making my trip enjoyable. The room amenities were outstanding, including heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, the flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi provided some entertainment, and the on-site car park and luggage storage made it convenient to travel.
