The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beautiful lake. The room is well-decorated and the bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. There are kitchen and laundry facilities available, and the top floor offers a lovely view of the lake.

The bathroom's combined light and fan can be inconvenient as it needs to be turned on from outside, making the bathroom a bit cold.

The breakfast included was good, with a basic but satisfactory selection. The bed was excellent, with comfortable linen and pillows. The staff, especially Janine, were very friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located near a major supermarket and bottle shop.

The room is equipped with organic toiletries and a veranda that overlooks a beautiful rose garden.

During my business trip, I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in my stay and the staff were always friendly and helpful. the hotel's prime location close to shops and restaurants was very convenient for us to grab a bite to eat. the hotel offered a well-maintained communal kitchen where we could save money by preparing our own meals.

We were not informed that the lounge area with the open fire closed at 7 pm or that we couldn't receive any meals from the restaurant at that same time. the tables in the dining area were not always clean, which made us feel uncomfortable during meals.

We really enjoyed the communal kitchen, which provided all the amenities we needed, and the breakfast included in the price was very good. the inn's central location meant that we were able to easily walk to all the shops, cafes, and shopping centre. One of the highlights was the on-site produced toiletries, which added a personal touch to our stay. Janine, the host who greeted us, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great advice for our time in Jindabyne.
