Jane, the Manager, was wonderful, and the location was perfect. the apartment, though a bit older, was clean and had all we needed. Unfortunately, the mattress needs replacing and communication about the deposit could have been better.

After checking in, I entered my room and, promptly realized the couch had a surprise transformation feature — turns into a bed! Did my best MacGyver impression to cook dinner with a limited arsenal of dirty pans. the bathroom unveiled a hidden treasure trove of hair art. Despite the late-night hallway symphony and dusty ceilings, at least the pool was a beacon of cleanliness. Pool parties might be their secret weapon. if loud neighbours don't crash the party!

we had a great time at karana palms resort. the room was nice, with a handy sofa bed even though it was slightly damaged. the staff was super friendly and the pool was amazing. we felt safe with security cameras around and loved how close we were to surfers paradise but still away from the noise. overall, a very enjoyable stay!

While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the mattress in our room was a bit worn out and could use a replacement for better comfort.
