The motel's location close to M1 was super handy for our road trip, rooms were big, clean, and you could park right outside - loved the owner's attention to detail by offering real milk for tea! the tasty room service barramundi with veggies and wine was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed the relaxing swim in the outdoor pool and the hotel staff's local fireworks tip for New Year's Eve. 🌟 the property could benefit from some renovations, though that didn't spoil our pleasant stay sleeping between Sydney and Gold Coast.

The warm hospitality at this motel was exceptional, with the owner going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and pet-friendly policy made our travel experience truly enjoyable. the convenient parking at the doorstep and the well-maintained facilities added to the overall positive experience. the bathroom taps could be upgraded for a more seamless experience.

Despite being an older motel, the Kempsey Powerhouse Motel provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms, new amenities, and minimal noise from the road. the proximity to landmarks like the Slim Dusty Centre and Kempsey Riverside Park enhanced our family bonding. the outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and garden area added to the relaxation factor during our stay.

The room was cozy with clean, comfy twin beds, a Smart TV, and a well-equipped bathroom. I loved the peaceful surroundings with minimal traffic noise.

Wished for an additional chest of drawers next to the single beds for more storage.

This hotel provided a great little port in the storm, located just off the motorway southern entrance. The prices were very affordable, offering excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail such as a comfortable bed and basic amenities. The breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Nothing it is perfect 😊

The room at Kempsey Powerhouse Motel was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The location, set back from the main road, ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The extra pillows provided were a fantastic touch. I also appreciated the chilled wine and water glasses in the room. The staff, particularly the extremely nice man at the reception office, were friendly and accommodating. Access to and from the M1 motorway was quick and easy.

Although there were a range of eateries nearby, the motel restaurant was not operating during my stay, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there were noisy kids from nearby rooms running around, causing some disturbance.

Spacious room, excellent facilities, clean premises, quiet location, convenient for travel.

Spent a night on the way to Sydney with my family and booked a family room with a separate kid's room. Was pleasantly surprised with the spacious and clean accommodation with comfy beds. the crystal clear pool was a bonus and we enjoyed splashing around. the motel was set back from the road making it quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Nothing to dislike about our stay at this motel. the hosts were helpful and assisted me in finding a room suitable for my respiratory condition.
