We needed somewhere to stay after a long flight and before our domestic flight the next morning. This hotel was handy for the airport and really good value for a triple room. It certainly lived up to its great reviews, with an easy after hours check-in, large clean and comfortable room, and a free shuttle to the airport in the morning driven by the lovely Helen who was so friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to shops and everything we needed. The room was neat and the public areas were clean. The bathroom came with decent toiletries. The staff, especially Lorraine, were friendly and warm. It felt like home. The motel was very safe and had excellent hygiene. We were so happy during our stay, nothing to complain about.

Additionally, it is reasonably close to the cruise ship terminal, making it an ideal choice for pre or post-cruise stays. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Furthermore, the included breakfast is good and there are plenty of nearby dining options.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, so it would be wise to pack an umbrella in case of rain during your stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and had little touches like a wireless charger, chocolates, and biscuits. The bath products were also wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was great, with restaurants, eat street, and a supermarket nearby. The room was elegant and clean, and the lady at reception provided exceptional customer service, offering helpful tips and a warm welcome. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent and it felt safe during these times. The swimming pool was a fantastic bonus. I particularly appreciated the ability to leave my car for 6 days and arrange the transfer to the airport, taking off a lot of pressure at the start of my trip. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Spotless, comfortable, and affordable accommodation perfectly located near the cruise terminal and a wide range of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff provided great local advice and even lent us umbrellas. The owners went above and beyond by arranging a drop-off at our car rental. Highly recommended for foreign tourists.

The location was ideal for us as it was close to both the airport and the cruise terminal. We were able to take advantage of the free shuttle bus to both locations. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance which was super convenient for us. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond regarding service and help. They really made us feel welcome and at home here. The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The outdoor saltwater pool was a great way to relax after a busy day, and we loved the garden area too. a great hotel experience.

I recently stayed at the Kingsford Smith Motel for an overnight stop close to the airport. The management was incredibly helpful and the staff were courteous and polite. The breakfast was great and the prices were very reasonable, including the mini bar. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft, just the way we like them. We also appreciated the free courtesy coach to the airport. a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. They even honored my pre-booked requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with both a queen and twin bed. It was a rare find to have a room with actual beds instead of a sofa bed or cot. The location was great, within walking distance to the ferry and various restaurants. Despite being on a corner intersection, the room was very quiet as it did not face the street. Additionally, the hotel had convenient access to transportation, particularly for the airport, which was in close proximity.

Recently stayed at a motel with fantastic caring service. The manager couple went above and beyond for us. They allowed us to store our luggage after checking out, and even gave us travel recommendations. They remembered us when we returned and asked about our trip. The location was great and there was a 24-hr cafe nearby. Although the carpets weren't clean, they're upgrading the rooms soon. a memorable experience. I highly recommend this motel.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape. The staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to help. They offered complementary breakfast and had a minibar included in the price, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect, close to the airport and other key attractions.

The decor was a bit dated and could be more inviting. We also experienced an unpleasant odor in the room, which seemed to come from the toilet drainage system.
