Enjoyed my stay at Kingsgrove Hotel in Sydney. Great location near the train station. Staff were friendly, rooms clean, and bed comfy. Despite some minor issues with door locks and carpet, overall a good experience. Would recommend for a convenient and affordable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to public transportation options. The hotel itself was easy to access, and check-in was a breeze. The rooms were recently renovated and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary drinks while we waited for our room. The air conditioning was already on when we entered our room, creating a refreshing and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was super cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The on-site restaurant had delicious and reasonably priced meals. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation convenience, and attentive staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. They were quick to assist us with any concerns or requests we had. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities such as a supermarket and diary. This made it convenient for us to get around and to find everything we needed.

Our room did not meet our expectations. there were no windows in our room, which resulted in poor air circulation and an unpleasant smell.

I always return here for weekends. First time, staff helped with an insect bite. Amenities include Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, Bar, Restaurant, Flat-screen TV. It suits me – Off-site car park, Air conditioning, No smoking, No pets. Welcome drink, Snacks, Billiards, Children's menu are extra perks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is superb, handy to the train station which can take you anywhere you want to go in Sydney. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. the bar and lounge area provided a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city, and the food served at the bistro was delicious. I also appreciated the convenience of having local cafes, bakeries, and shops within a short walk from the hotel.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. While my room was generally tidy, there were some areas that seemed to have been overlooked by the housekeeping staff.
