We had a fantastic time at "HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT" with my wife and our large family. the kids loved the pool and game room, while my wife and I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and friendly staff. the proximity to family-friendly attractions made our stay convenient and memorable.

My wife says that the family rooms could benefit from more children's amenities.

La Maison Boutique Hotel in Katoomba truly impressed us during our stay with our six-month-old baby. the attentive staff went above and beyond, offering a surprise ride to the railway station and allowing us to check in early. the property's proximity to scenic hiking trails and downtown, along with cozy relaxation amenities like sauna and jacuzzi, made our family bonding time truly memorable. the nearby landmarks, such as the Queen Elizabeth Lookout and Leura Cascades, added a special touch to our experience. the only minor drawbacks were the slight odor in the room initially and limited toiletries provided. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would recommend to other families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable Blue Mountains retreat.

very clean rooms - lovely grounds. centrally located - close to all boutique has to offer within walking distance. staff are welcoming and helpful. the breakfast chef was a card - offering assistance with suitcases.

As for the room, it was aired by the windows being open since we arrived, making it feel fresh and inviting. the whole place was so well-loved, clean and quite comfortable, and the beds were comfortable too.

One minor drawback I experienced was that the loading times for some pages on the database were a bit slow at times, causing a slight delay in accessing certain information. Nonetheless, this did not significantly impact my overall experience.
