the cottage was beautifully clean and well-equipped with a fabulous King bed, spacious kitchen, and delightful garden. the host was responsive and provided bikes. Convenient location near the wharf and main street, with excellent internet and Netflix for entertainment.

I arrived with high hopes for my getaway, only to find myself in a real-life sitcom. the property was a mixed bag - comfy bed, quirky decorations, and a garden straight out of a fairytale. But here's the punchline: curtains in the balcony room were clearly a joke in the sun's eye, the TV played hard to get, and my Wi-Fi connection was a drama queen. Despite the comedy of errors, the stay had its charm - even the cracked tiles added to the experience. Who needs a sitcom when you've got this place?

First stay, staff recommended a fantastic meal spot. Place has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, parking, security, outdoor dining, Welcome drink, spa. Coming back for Christmas. Perfect for me with A/C, no pets, and no smoking policy.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. the location is super convenient, close to everything in Goolwa. We were impressed by the well-stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials you could ask for. the outdoor area is simply stunning, with a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. the breakfast was delicious, with ample supplies that catered to all tastes. the balcony bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the house decor and garden were truly charming, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

One area that could be improved upon is the ease of access to the property. Clear communication on how to enter, where to park, and the access code would be beneficial.

Spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, we felt like royalty in the regal ambiance of the property. the garden view from our room was like a painting come to life, offering a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was a truly majestic experience.

Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Lovely garden for summer nights. Fresh fruit and port for breakfast. Difficult to heat living space, but cozy. Pitched roof-windows bring in early morning light.

The breakfast was tasty, but the hygiene was questionable as we found half-eaten spreads from previous guests. the bread was of a low quality that can be easily bought at the supermarket. the accommodation was comfortable and had a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. the location was good, it was easy to walk to the town centre and the wharf. However, we found the fridge cluttered and with hair on it which was unpleasant.

Our stay at La Maison Riviere - The River House Bed & Breakfast was simply wonderful. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the nearby shops and attractions. The cottage itself was comfortable and tastefully furnished, with beautiful accessories adding a touch of elegance. We were delighted to find a fully-equipped kitchen, although we didn't use it much during our family visit over Christmas. The provisions provided were excellent, and we appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of fruit and yogurt for breakfast. The backyard was a lovely space, and we hope to enjoy it during our next visit in the summer. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as cracked bathroom floor tiles and a damaged hair-dryer cord, we found the overall experience highly enjoyable. The parking situation at the property may be challenging for those with larger cars, as the available parking space is limited.
