Our room was upgraded to a larger bed upon arrival. Manager guided us to the room, which had clean, soft towels. Location is great, close to the river and park for walks and cooking. Staff were friendly and the town had surprises.

My stay at Lake Forbes Motel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They even upgraded my room to a queen size bed without me asking. The manager personally walked me to my room and showed me around. The towels were plush and the room was spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the advice from the manager for local dining options. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I did notice a bit of traffic noise from the main road, but it wasn't a major disturbance.

The motel is conveniently located close to the river, just a short walk through trees to the city center. From the rooms, guests can enjoy a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The owners are friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with recent renovations including new carpet, curtains, and paint. The bathrooms have been retiled, keeping them clean and free of mold. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the well-maintained facilities such as the pool.

One downside is that there may not be enough parking spaces for all the rooms.

Spent our New Year's Eve in a budget-friendly motel located conveniently near the highway and restaurants. the receptionists were welcoming and gave us helpful information about the nearby attractions. the room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep. the highlight of our stay was the beautiful view of the lake from our balcony, where we sipped our drinks and watched the sunset.

Though the highway location made it easy to find, the noise of the passing vehicles disturbed us a bit. We had to keep the windows and balcony doors closed for some peace.
