The kitchen in the Safari tent was a lifesaver during the storm, like a fortress protecting us from the elements. It felt like our own personal haven amidst the wild weather, allowing us to cook up a feast while watching the storm rage outside.

Beautiful Lake, Clean Accommodation, Great Location the stay at the holiday park offered a beautiful lake, clean accommodation options, and a great location with lovely facilities. the log cabin was amazing, with a big new bathroom, kitchen amenities, and a gas BBQ outside, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. improvements could be made regarding the parking space allocation for boats to ensure a better experience arriving by car.

An oasis for water sports lovers, with quirky Yowie statue. Fun survival activities for kids. Beautiful lake views and spacious accommodations. Waterfront camping heaven with mini-golf and playground. Great holiday spot!

the safari tent was awesome despite the bad weather. the bathroom facilities were good and the kitchen looked great. the grounds were lovely with kangaroos hopping around. i would stay again and recommend it.

the superior villa was immaculately clean, warm, and inviting. equipped with a dishwasher, it made our stay even more convenient. the log cabin was simply amazing. boasting a spacious new bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with a big family fridge and oven. the gas bbq outside was a lovely touch. our time at the lake felt like a mystical, magical experience.

Tangled with a fish frenzy in the kitchen, shame we blocked a vent! Parking nightmare but boat-peeps can relate. Two nights felt rushed, red tape non-existent; only babies nibbled my bait. Villas luxe with fine print. Lake was a magical getaway, my kitchen prowess proved. So I survived – and flourished!

Just stayed at a hotel on the lake in a boat - LOVED the breakfast by the shoreline! the rooms were cozy for my kids to explore. Would choose this place again. the amenities block was even better than in photos. Can't wait to go back! .

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel by Somerset Dam. I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a good deal. Another positive aspect was the attention to detail. The staff took care of all the little things, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right by Somerset Dam in the park. It provided a beautiful and serene setting, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the basic amenities were well-maintained and convenient. The rooms were spacious and there were plenty of areas for kids to explore and ride bikes. The hotel even had rooms with QS beds, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

Nearby restaurants served up scrumptious dishes, utilizing fresh and seasonal produce that left us craving more. Plus, the serene atmosphere and kangaroo sightings added a touch of magic to our experience.

While our culinary escapades were divine, we couldn't shake off the fishy situation by the dam. Despite the overwhelming swarm of fly maggots, the team swiftly handled it, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Loved the beautiful lake views during our romantic escape! the kayaking and fishing were so much fun. We also enjoyed the moonlight movie and mini-golf.

The campground was a bit crowded and dusty, which was a downside. some of the facilities closed during the week, which was inconvenient.
