The hotel's recreational activities keep me entertained, especially the boats and fishing. the hotel's location is fantastic, and the outdoor pool is a nice touch. Wireless internet is helpful.

I needed a hazmat suit for the kitchen and better soundproofing from outdoor conversationalists.

I absolutely adored the vintage charm of the hotel's interior with its cozy sitting areas and peaceful terrace overlooking the lake. It was so easy for dear seniors like myself to meander through the grounds and relax in the beautiful common areas. Such a lovely spot for us older folks, dear.

If only the children working there would remember to promptly refresh our towels daily. Just a tiny change for a perfect senior vacation.

Great lakefront location, close to town centre. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and supermarket. Clean, spacious rooms with upgraded amenities. Friendly and helpful management. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff here are absolutely lovely, very friendly and had great interaction with their customers. You can tell they take pride in their property and go out of their way to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay. the in-room breakfast was a pre-packed continental style breakfast you buy at reception, which you don't get very often in Australian motels anymore. the location overlooking Lake Mulwala is excellent, close to the lake and also nearby shops and restaurants.

One minor downside was the cleanliness of the room. Some areas like the vanity basin and cutlery were not properly cleaned, and the kettle had a considerable amount of grime.

Really enjoyed our short stay at the motel near the lake with comfy beds and a practical retro vibe. the perfect spot to chill by the pool and soak up the sun with a barbecue sizzling away in the background. Only bummer was the limited breakfast options, but hey, no biggie, we'll definitely swing by again when we're cruising through the area. 🌞

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Tony and his family, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my father, who has difficulty with stairs, had a comfortable ground-floor room. The attention to detail and basic provisions in the rooms were excellent. The outside seating areas provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. The location was perfect, with the hotel being right next to the lake and close to the information bureau for any additional attractions.

Great value for money! Centrally located with access to both fishing spots and golf courses. the room was clean, with basic amenities for a week-long trip. the staff was friendly and helpful too. One of the best things about the room was that it overlooked the river making it a pleasant experience. there were shops and eating places within walking distance, which made life easy during the stay.

The bed was not comfortable enough as it was a double bed and smaller than today's standard. the pillows were too thin and skinny.
