A huge shoutout to Carly from the reception desk and the chef for their outstanding service. the hotel may be a bit older, but the staff's hospitality made up for it. I appreciated the gluten-free options provided. I enjoyed visiting nearby attractions like Archer Park Rail Museum, Rockhampton Art Gallery, and Kershaw Gardens, which added a special touch to our family bonding time. the air conditioning could use a good clean, but overall a comfortable experience.

During our stay, there was an event that caused some disturbance at the hotel. the parking offered at the hotel left a lot to be desired, as there was not much space, and no covered options.

During my recent stay at a hotel in a location close to the river and shops, I had an enjoyable experience. The housekeeping and hospitality staff were very friendly, and the room service was prompt and reasonably priced. The location was convenient for exploring the city on foot. Although there were a few minor issues with the room, such as a cracked bath base and a noisy bathroom fan, overall it was comfortable enough for a one-night stay. Despite the drawbacks, I found the hotel to be a decent choice for a short visit. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very close to everything. There were plenty of eating and drinking places nearby, and a small shopping center just a short walk away. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The room had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for dining and relaxing. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
