Despite a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the location near great dining options and the South Melbourne Market was fantastic. Quiet rooms and comfy beds made for a decent stay. With some improvements in cleanliness and upkeep, this place could shine even brighter.

Enjoyed the amazing city view from the terrace, but the loud vacuuming next door at 10 pm was a nice touch. loved hearing the neighboring room's bedtime stories through the walls; great audio book alternative.

we had a wanderful stay at Lily Sands Inn. we checked in early at 1200 noon, thanks to the generous management, who even upgraded us to a penthouse suite. the room was quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. great location close to transport and dining options, within walking distance to the aquatic centre. tea, coffee, water bottles, and milk provided. overall, a pleasant experience preparing for my exam.
