We absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was great and the setting was beautiful, especially with the small lake right outside. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. We had a lovely view over the lake from our upstairs room at the rear of the property. The bed was super comfy and the staff were really lovely. We also enjoyed the room service and the delicious breakfast. The gardens looked amazing and it was so nice to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view. The hotel also had great amenities like a jacuzzi, outdoor heated swimming pool, spa center, and even a tennis court. And the best part was the peace and quiet - we felt so relaxed and just wanted to escape the world and enjoy some serenity here.

We highly recommend this hotel to families. The staff could do with a better attitude towards customers, but the customer service in general was good.

We had a great experience at Lincoln Downs Resort. the dining room offered delicious meals, thanks to a talented chef and an accommodating waiter who catered to our dietary requests. the hotel itself was brilliant, with lovely breakfast, dinner, and bar options. We enjoyed the spa, which had reasonable prices, and the views of the lake from our room were simply gorgeous. Tamara, the manager, was amazing and made our stay extra special by allowing us to check in early and attending to our every need. the rooms were spacious and the kids loved having a TV in their bedroom.

We had a simply lovely stay at this hidden gem resort. The room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the pond. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. The outdoor area near the pool and gazebo was a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional personal service. The only minor downside was the limited room service menu, but it was easily solved by venturing into the nearby shopping area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a private escape in a bustling holiday destination.

We loved the picturesque setting, elegant refurbished rooms, and friendly professional staff. The view of the lake from our room was a great bonus. Walking the grounds, watching wildlife, and enjoying the pool were delightful activities. The picnic basket option was worth it, providing enough for two days. The nearby town of Batemans Bay offered plenty of entertainment.

Great getaway place! the antique ambiance, comfy bed, and nice pool are amazing! the location is perfect, easily accessible as it is just off the highway and just a short drive to nearby shops. the awesome view of the pond from the room was breathtaking, we loved just listening to the rain. the outdoor area where we gathered was lovely.

The bartender at the bar seemed to want to rush us out, measuring half shots of our drinks. However, the girl on check-in wasn't very enthusiastic nor helpful.

I recently stayed at the Lincoln Downs Resort, part of the Signature Collection by Best Western, for a weekend getaway. The luxury suite exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and welcoming interior design. The spa bath and sauna were a fantastic addition, and the three televisions catered to everyone's entertainment needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the kitchen. The dining area was comfortable and stylish, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast there. The pool area was relaxing, and we loved the pods to chill out in. a great stay with easy access to the township.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with peaceful and pretty grounds by the lake. We loved taking a swim in the pool and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few small issues that we encountered during our stay. The room decor was a bit worn and some of the furniture showed signs of age.
