I recently discovered this hotel during my trip to Australia and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. the value for money is exceptional, especially considering the prices in this area. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive - everything is clean and presented with care. And lastly, the location is convenient, right next to a bustling road but once inside, you can hardly hear a thing from the outside world.

No complaints, everything was spot on.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is convenient and close to attractions and restaurants. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable for restful sleep.

The parking situation was difficult as the driveway was steep and narrow, making it challenging for larger vehicles to enter and exit. The shared bathroom was not always clean and the towels were not replaced frequently.

The room in which I stayed was comfortable and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and all necessary amenities provided. The service was outstanding, with the hosts going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served was delicious and filling, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. the hotel provided a warm and welcoming experience, with a convenient location and excellent service.

The hotel is located right on a busy highway, which may result in some traffic noise that could be bothersome to light sleepers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem called Linley House. The host, Chris, was incredibly helpful in providing transportation information and recommendations for exploring the city. The twin room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a shared bathroom that I only had to share once. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the homemade rhubarb. The private courtyard garden provided a lovely setting to relax. The convenient bus stop right outside the property made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere and great service.
