The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently situated near Central Train Station, making it easy to navigate the city and explore nearby areas. The proximity to the train station also makes it convenient for those needing to travel to the airport. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a satisfying spread, with a great selection of teas and coffee available.

Finding the switch to turn off the bedside lights can be a bit confusing, and there is no landline phone in the rooms to contact reception.

The hotel had a great location, which made exploring the city quite easy. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea that were always available. the bathroom accessories were nice and well-maintained.

The room size was somewhat small for the price and was noisy during the night, making it difficult to get some rest. the breakfast area was quite cramped and there wasn't enough space to move around.

The luxurious amenities provided here truly made us feel pampered and well taken care of. the staff was attentive and the exclusive room advantages added to our overall experience. the location was also a huge plus, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

The lack of proper storage in our room was a minor issue that detracted from the otherwise flawless experience. service was quick to address any other needs we had.
