Enjoyed the great food, definitely not your average pub grub. the historic Victorian homestead was a charming escape. I had a grand time playing billiards and exploring the natural beauty nearby. Cons: Loved observing spiders on the walls – added a thrilling touch to bedtime.

the attention to detail, from the historic building to the landscape, was impressive. Having breakfast outside on the veranda added a charming touch to our mornings. the location, well back along a good gravel road inside the farm property, provided a peaceful and serene setting.

Grilled steaks that hit the spot and a landscape straight out of a postcard—serenity overload. the garden could do with some love. Bathroom woes, but clean enough. Let's just say, Lochinvar vibes for days! .

Always return for city trips. Love staying; feels like home. Staff is helpful , remember assisting with sim cards. Everything I need: Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, Outdoor area, Saltwater pool. Great for leisure , TV, billiards, board games. No pets, no smoking. Ideal for me.

Nearby landmarks added to the appeal of the stay.

While our stay was delightful, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed some dust and a lack of regular vacuuming.

Even though the city is just a stone's throw away, the location is so peaceful. the service provided was fantastic and the breakfasts were well cooked and the perfect size. the swimming pool is very inviting, and the spa is a fantastic added bonus.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was quite small and cramped. the bathroom was quite dated, and the shower pressure was pretty low, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
