The location near the whale viewing area and walking tracks was perfect. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was clean and well, appointed. the managers were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues with our stay. there was some confusion regarding check, in as there was no one to let us in and no instructions on the door.

Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable. The room had everything we needed, from a full kitchen to a comfy bed. Lastly, the location was perfect. Nestled near Logans Beach, we were able to enjoy whale watching just a short walk away. The hotel staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all in place. Breakfast was a delightful start to our day.

The comfortable room provided a great view of nature which was a fantastic way to start the day. the peaceful location allowed us to enjoy some time away from the busy city.

Regrettably, the air-con on the ground floor was not working, and it was a hot day, which made sleeping during the night difficult. Despite trying to contact the staff, they were unresponsive and unavailable to assist us with the issue.

Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Relaxing music and DVD selection. Comfortable reclining sofa and bed with an electric blanket. Beautiful beach and bridge nearby. Enjoyed the warm spa. Will stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, close to a beautiful whale watching area. Secondly, the room was huge and extremely clean, with all the amenities you could need, including a full kitchen. Lastly, the staff was excellent and the service was top-notch, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.

Stair access could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Would have liked to do some laundry, but the machines were consistently occupied.

We stayed at The Loft for 5 nights and it was perfect for a romantic getaway. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and had a luxurious spa bath. The kitchen was well-equipped and the lounge had a comfy couch. The location was excellent, close to the whale watching platform and within walking distance to the beach. The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The owners were incredibly accommodating and the facilities exceeded all our expectations. The jacuzzi bath looked amazing, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for us as adults. The location was excellent, just minutes from Logans Beach.
