Celebrating New Year's Eve with my loved ones was definitely an unforgettable experience thanks to the beautiful and spacious house we rented. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the supermarkets were conveniently close. We also loved that the house was within walking distance to many restaurants and the wharf area. the cherry on top was the delicious breakfast that was cooked for us every morning.

Some aspects of the house could have been better. the cleanliness was not up to our standards as we found some hair in the bathroom and the towels were sticky.

The friendly host ensures a warm welcome and provides an excellent breakfast. With off-street parking and a cosy atmosphere, it's the perfect base to explore the city center. The rooms feature comfortable beds and spacious living areas, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathrooms.

Upon arrival, we had trouble finding the location at night, but Kevin, the friendly host, went out of his way to help us with our GPS. We were delighted to stay in the villa, which provided a quiet room at the back of the property and convenient parking for our car. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by Kevin, accompanied by multiple high-standard coffees. He also entertained us with engaging stories during breakfast. To our surprise, Kevin allowed us to have a late check-out at no extra cost, accommodating our late flight. The nearby Japanese restaurant, just a 5-minute walk away, provided a delightful dining experience.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to the market and all the hotspots in Hobart. The staff, especially Kevin, are incredibly friendly and provide great service. The rooms are comfortable, with large beds and some even have private bathrooms. The breakfast, served by Kevin, is a delight with unlimited coffee to start your day.

All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.
