The value for money at Lyf Collingwood was excellent, with a clean and modern room that had all the necessary amenities for a Solo Traveller. The location was great, in a quiet and green neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and shop. The staff, especially KK, provided outstanding customer service and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was spot on. We were able to explore the area easily and found many great cafes and restaurants nearby. the room was small but clean and had a really comfortable bed. We particularly loved the large, well-equipped kitchen that gave us the option to cook our own meals. Another bonus was the filtered water tap in the chill room and the friendly staff!

The lack of wardrobe or coat hangers provided. We ended up having to bring our own hangers.

The hairdryer provided is not very powerful and may not be suitable for those who need a good hairdryer.

It was also convenient for exploring the Carlton areas and was right near the main area of Collingwood. The service at this place was exceptional. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel had a range of amenities, including a dry cleaning and laundry service. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, as we were traveling with our furry friend. The tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel were a great help in planning our activities. the room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning, and a terrace with garden furniture. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the comfortable beds.
