I am in a wheelchair but was pleasantly surprised by the accessibility of Mackay Motor Inn, with a spacious room and wheelchair-friendly amenities. the crisp linen, quiet heater, and ample towels added to our comfort. the bbq and pool area were delightful, perfect for family bonding.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything. It was convenient to have the botanic gardens, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The staff went above and beyond in organizing a taxi to the airport, ensuring a stress-free departure. The room was recently renovated and presented well, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service and hospitality provided were outstanding, making the stay a pleasant one. The reasonable rates offered great value for money.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to a beautiful botanical garden. It's the perfect spot for nature lovers. The staff here are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay. They even organized a taxi for me to the airport, which was a huge help. The rooms are well equipped with all the basic amenities, including tea and coffee. And the breakfast here is delicious, definitely a great way to start the day!

We needed an overnight stay during our long drive and stumbled upon this motel right off the A1. Our stay here was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean and the kids absolutely loved the pool. But what really stood out was the friendly staff member who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We would highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. a wonderful experience.

We spent Christmas at this motel and the price was reasonable. the room was cleaned and had clean bedding and towels provided daily. the location was great as it was a short drive to the beach and local shops. Plus, they had a pool so we could cool down on hot days.

the noise from the busy road outside made it hard to sleep, even with the windows closed. if you don't mind a bit of noise and heat, it's a decent budget option.
