Due to a family emergency, our travel plans changed but the hotel showed exceptional understanding and compassion. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to town and the beach. Our room had everything we needed and the staff, including the lovely housekeeper, were friendly and accommodating. The balcony was a great addition, and we loved the amazing pool. A truly fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at a boutique apartment hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was stunning. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Additionally, the facilities, such as the rooftop hot tub and pool, added an extra level of luxury to my experience.

One small downside was that the kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking utensils and equipment.

Great location, choice of spa and swimming pool, well-lit apartment with balcony and partial sea views. Inclusion of washing machine, dryer, and functional kitchen appliances made our stay convenient. The service from Chris was exceptional, providing an upgrade and excellent customer service. a 5-star experience.

We enjoyed our romantic escape and found the best aspects to be the exceptional view of the surrounding area and the caring service provided by the managers. the facilities were of a very high class and we felt comfortable and safe with the extra cleaning measures taken during this time. the complimentary towels in the pool area were a small touch that made our time at the pool more enjoyable. the hotel’s location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

One of the only things we disliked was the occasional noise from the street when we were trying to relax on the balcony, but this is to be expected when staying in a prime location in the city. Another downside was the small pool area, but this was not a major issue for us.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is located central to town center and in the foyer area, making it convenient to access great restaurants. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from free Wi-Fi to cookware/kitchen utensils. We especially enjoyed the terrace with garden furniture and the leisure swimming pool with sun loungers.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with quality services.

The apartment at Macquarie Waters Boutique was well-equipped and conveniently located in town. The pool was a nice option, although busy at times. Our balcony provided a peaceful escape. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking was convenient.
