The twin/double room was cozy with a nice pool view. I loved the tea and coffee maker for a morning pick-me-up.

The bathroom arrangement with the toilet and shower together felt cramped.

We hit up the entertainment spots nearby with my crew and had a blast. the hotel was like 🔥, close to all the hype places and had chill vibes. the staff were super cool and always had our back. 10/10 would go back!

More party activities for us young peeps would've made it even more epic!

Cozy and Clean Room: the bed was a cloud, making me feel like Sleeping Beauty minus the long nap. the freshly painted walls were a breath of fresh air, unlike the stuffy carpet. It was a cozy retreat at the end of each Mallacoota adventure.

The database was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to search for the information I needed. the database also had a wide range of resources and references available, which was incredibly helpful. the room with pretty decoration was a lovely touch, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. the bed I slept in was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep.

The only downside I found was that the database occasionally had slow loading times when accessing certain pages.

There was an issue with the hot water in the morning, which resulted in a lack of hot water for showers at 7am.

Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that we felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their charming decorations, added a touch of homeliness. We appreciated the reasonable prices and good value for money. it was a delightful experience.

The Mediterranean dishes at the nearby restaurants are straight-up epic! Plus, the hotel's thoughtful crockery and supply extras were a nice touch. And oh boy, that on-tap ginger beer at the bar is a must-try for sure!

Okay, so the basin and sink were doing a double act, the hot water took its sweet time, and the carpet needed some love. even with the proximity to the noisy pump outside, the place managed to shimmer like a Mallacoota pearl.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even prepared a delicious meal for us when we arrived just before closing time. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the town, making it easy for us to explore and experience everything Mallacoota has to offer. the fluffy towels provided in the bathroom were a nice touch.

Our room had a strong smell of smoke and air freshener, which was quite unpleasant. We couldn't open the window to get rid of the smell either.

The hotel had a central location which made it easy to explore the city and was only a five-minute walk from the water. the amenities in the room were great, with thoughtful crockery and utensils supplied along with a washer and extras available from reception. the air-con was effective, and the linen was generous and clean.

The reception had some serious room for improvement as frequently no one was there to help us we had to wait for someone to return from the bar. the staff was rude with us and another couple who had kids.
