The staff truly went above and beyond, providing exceptional service from the time I booked the room to the time I checked out.

While our stay at Mandarin Motel was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The mini fridge in our suite had a freezing issue on one side, causing us to discard some partially thawed frozen meals.

Plus, the picnic area made for some epic alfresco dining vibes. the beds were like fluffy clouds, and the spotless bathroom was a dream. the motel's location near buzzing restaurants like Cafe Cha Cha and Macksville Chinese Restaurant was top-notch.

Like many mini-fridges in motels, this one was a bit iffy. Despite a small water pooling issue, the fridge kept food chilled perfectly.

Towels were very soft, and plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Easy check-in and parking, quiet location and spacious room. Tasty breakfast to start the day.

Although there wasn't much to do in the immediate surroundings, it wasn't a big deal since we were just passing through. the only downside was that there were no microwaves in the rooms.
