I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at a charming resort. The view from my balcony was absolutely stunning, making it the perfect place to unwind. The entire complex was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The staff treated me like a long-time friend, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Although there were a few minor issues with the amenities in my room, the management quickly resolved them and moved me to a better room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and clean. I especially appreciated the friendly and efficient service from the facility manager when there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom pipes. I had a fantastic time and would definitely consider returning for another stay in a more modern apartment.

The apartment was well-presented and had everything we needed. The location of this resort is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and surf club just across the road. You can enjoy stunning views from your room while being in close proximity to all the restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The pool area is lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. While the sheets and towels were clean, there were uncleaned areas like clipped toenails under the sofa and thick dust fur on the fans.

As a tourist, I loved the fantastic location directly across from the beach and life saving club. The nearby cafes and convenience store were very convenient. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The facilities were great, especially the pool area and mini golf. it was a great place to stay.

The resort had a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the view from the balcony was beautiful, especially during sunrise. the resort also had good security, which made us feel safe during our stay.

The noise from the ongoing construction work was quite disruptive, especially early in the morning. It made it difficult to have a peaceful sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was fabulous, with stunning views up and down the coast and out to sea. We were able to walk to Mooloolaba and enjoy the cafes and restaurants, and a major shopping center was just a short drive away. The hotel is conveniently situated across the road from the surf lifesaving club, where we indulged in delicious food and enjoyed a morning coffee with a blueberry scone.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that really stood out and made my experience enjoyable. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently located near public transport and local eateries, making it easy to explore the area and find great places to eat. Secondly, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of holiday activities. Lastly, the pool, spa, and BBQ facilities were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

We had a great stay on the Sunshine Coast. the location was ideal, with stunning sea views from our room, and excellent recreational facilities including a fun putt-putt golf course which we enjoyed using. One of the best aspects of our visit was the warm and welcoming reception staff who were always available to help us out with anything we needed. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the property.

For starters, there was a lingering smell of cooking fat outside our apartment which wasn't pleasant. the tired-looking curtains and stained lounge weren't the most appealing, leaving us feeling the hotel could use an aesthetic update.

I was amazed by the personal attention I received during my stay at the Mandolin. When my elderly father needed a wheelchair, the manager, Colin Druber, went above and beyond by providing one from his own storage. It was a kind and thoughtful gesture that made our holiday truly memorable. The location and facilities were also perfect for a family holiday, with beautiful beach views, a pool, spa, and various recreational activities. The resort felt like a home away from home, thanks to the welcoming staff and spotlessly clean rooms. I highly recommend the Mandolin Resort for an unforgettable vacation experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
