Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, excellent water pressure, cozy atmosphere.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The brekkie spot the Produce Store was an absolute ripper, mate! the in, room nosh was a top, notch touch too. Fair dinkum, the cosiest bed in the land and bonzer service from the lovely staff. being able to park right outside , a beauty!

The chilly arvos got me wishing to keep warm with the heater on, but the key setup had me stymied. Plus, the bathroom leak gave the wall a bubbly makeover.

The room at Mansfield Motel was cozy and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. the clean bathroom with extra towels and the comfortable bed allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Staff were friendly and recommended a great nearby cafe.

The mattress and pillows were not to my liking, but others may find them comfortable.

The kids absolutely loved the indoor playground and the outdoor pool. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My wife says that a children's menu at the restaurant would have been helpful for picky eaters.

One thing that could be improved is the setup for the bicycle room, as it was a bit difficult to access with a muddy entrance and lack of lighting. the kitchen area could benefit from having a tray for the drainer on the bench to keep things tidy.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was fantastic, being close to everything we needed by foot. We could easily go down the mountain or stroll to the center of town. The staff here were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They provided excellent service, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry facilities. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked with snacks, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The rooms had air conditioning which was great, and the pool was refreshing. the kitchenette came in handy for storing Christmas leftovers. the location was perfect for exploring the town.

There were ants in the room which was quite off-putting. the Wi-Fi was slow which made it difficult to keep in touch with family over the holiday.
