LOVED the kitchenette facilities in the room. the staff at the reception desk were super friendly. Would definitely choose this spot again! the rooms were even better in person.

the apartment was clean and comfy - close to lots of cool spots. the staff were so nice - giving an early check-in and even helping with check-out and snacks. a cleaner even sorted extra tea bags for me when they'd run out.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely living room and a well-appointed kitchenette. The bedroom had plenty of cupboard space and the bathroom was a good size, complete with a relaxing bath. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Plus, the room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Great amenities in a spacious room that was perfect for our business trip. the availability of a washing machine and a microwave helped us maintain our routines while away from home. the location was ideal with easy access to important business centers and nearby attractions.

Our stay was marred by the extremely noisy plumbing system. the constant noise made it difficult to get a good night's rest and impacted our productivity during the day.

Great location for Rod Laver concert, clean and well-set-out room, no maintenance issues, shower a bit slow. Unexpected amenities like stovetop and coffee machine. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, both with heating and air conditioning. Quiet apartment for recording oral history interviews. Convenient to trams, shops, and cafes. Modern decor, nice staff.

Clean rooms, excellent location near sports arenas and CBD, spacious 2 bedroom apartment with amenities, quick resolution of water issue, close to restaurants and tram links, friendly and accommodating staff.
