The staff at Mantra made our stay truly magical with their fantastic service. The rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were delighted to find that our 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor had its own outdoor spas in both bedrooms, providing a spacious and luxurious experience. Additionally, the resort's location made it convenient to access all the facilities and attractions of Port Douglas.

We felt very comfortable during our stay here because of the great location close to everything. We didn't have to walk too far to find good restaurants or to get to the beach. The staff were also very helpful in accommodating our request for early check-in and late check-out. Additionally, the leisure swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool were both very nice and relaxing. We also appreciated the variety of amenities provided in the room, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a balcony, and a dining table.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the action, close to all the amenities you could possibly want. You can easily explore the beautiful Daintree forest or enjoy the vibrant nightlife, while still being able to retreat to a peaceful haven at the end of the day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Plus, the hotel offers a range of facilities and advantages, such as a kitchenette in the room and daily activities for children.

It would be great if the hotel could offer some board games or entertainment options for when the weather isn't ideal or when you want a break from swimming at the beach.

I recently stayed at a great place with friendly staff. The room was spacious and had direct access to the pool, which was perfect for the humid weather. We also enjoyed the private spa on the balcony. The location was quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great thanksgiving stay! The free internet and drink vouchers were a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. We also loved the spacious apartment and the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The pools were a highlight - we always had a spot and the water was always clean. We also appreciated the secure underground parking.

Reception was only open during limited hours which was a bit inconvenient. The pool was a bit chilly for our liking, and we were disappointed that there wasn't a conventional spa.

The apartment at Mantra Aqueous On Port was lovely and clean, credit to the housekeeping staff. The large pool with BBQ facility was great, and the mini kitchen in the room was very convenient. The lap-friendly swimming pools and the balcony spa baths were a fantastic addition. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the after-hours check-in was a breeze. Carrying around a key instead of a card added a nice old-school touch.

Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.
