mantra was better than expected. loved the location, comfy room, and cool ac. close to restaurants, shops, and esplanade. exceeded our previous cairns stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of everything. It is central to most of the restaurants and shops in the area, making it convenient for budget travelers. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The views from the balconies are stunning, especially of the ocean. The hotel also has a kitchen in the apartment, which is a great advantage for nights in.

There were some issues with the room maintenance. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms had a foul odor and was not working properly.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, nice pool area and spa, easy check-in. Stored our luggage until our room was ready.

My family and I recently stayed at Mantra in Cairns for a week and it was truly fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything and with a great view of the ocean from our room. Having a Woolworths conveniently located right behind the hotel was a huge plus. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, allowing both the kids and adults to have their own space. The facilities, including the beautiful pool and effective air conditioning, were also great additions to our stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a fantastic time here. The hotel's location right on the esplanade was perfect and provided us with great views of the lagoon and beautiful birds. The service was impeccable, with room service, laundry, and airport shuttle available. The amenities in the room, including the balcony and in-room safe, made our stay even more comfortable. The leisure spa, outdoor swimming pool, and the BBQ facilities were also great. The best part about this place was the incredible customer service we received from all the staff, except for one female receptionist on the morning of our departure. Among all the hotels we've stayed in, none have given us better customer service.

Although the hotel seemed quite tired and could benefit from an upgrade, we would still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The free coffee and tea was a nice touch, and the location was spot on. It was a breeze getting around the area and there were plenty of dining options nearby. the room had a nifty washing machine and dryer that came in handy.

The bed was one of the worst I've slept on. It felt like I was on a lumpy waterbed that threatened to tip over.
