Despite some room inconveniences, the location and pool area were highlights. the friendly staff made up for any shortcomings. Maybe next time, I'll bring my surfboard and explore the nearby beaches. The location was simply mind-blowing, right in the heart of town with jaw-dropping mountain views. the pool area was super, even though a warm spa would've been nice. Our large room had a GREAT balcony, close to everything we wanted to do.

The room was so cozy and comfy, felt like a home away from home. I loved the soft beds and the view from the balcony, perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring Port Douglas. Cons: Wished there was room service available for some late-night cravings.

We visited Hotel Triplets Entertainment and it was a blast for the whole family - perfect for us! the kids enjoyed the Kids Play Zone, while my wife and I relished the Date Night Lounge. A fantastic family-friendly stay.
