I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and the housekeeping staff on our floor were friendly. The pool and spa area were enjoyable, with a larger shallow area for younger kids. The room was well-equipped with ample storage space and a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The hotel offered good value for money and was within walking distance of the city center and beach. I had a positive experience with Mantra.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short stroll to the bustling shopping center and the heart of Surfers Paradise. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and accommodating. The facilities, such as the pool and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. we had a pleasant experience during our stay.

There was a small rip in the curtain and some chipped paint in the room, indicating that the hotel could benefit from a renovation in the future.

The location was superb! We spent most of the time exploring the city and found everything within walking distance. We loved the free breakfast and the stunning view from the balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local spots. Plus, the free WIFI was fast and reliable.

The bathroom was quite small and dated, but still clean and functional. the only other negative was checking in.
