The noise from the busy road outside could be a bit disruptive at times.

The service here is exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff members. They made an effort to help with any request, including providing medical facilities and laundry services. The room amenities are top-notch with everything you need, from ironing facilities to a well-equipped kitchen. The flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

As business guests, we were impressed with the convenient location of the hotel, as it allowed us to easily access everything in Melbourne CBD on foot. The presence of a convenience store and liquor store next to the hotel was also a big plus for any urgent grocery needs. The 2 bedroom apartment provided us with a beautiful view of the city, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We appreciated that our friends were able to check in before us with a cash bond, and the option to pay the remaining fee upon departure was convenient.
