The friendly staff at this hotel truly made my stay exceptional. From the receptionists to the housekeeping and maintenance personnel, everyone went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. the location is fantastic, close to the river and within walking distance to Howard Smith Wharves and the CBD.

The only downsides were the slow lifts and a slightly noisy air conditioner in the room. It would be great if these could be improved for a smoother experience.

Comfy beds and great view

I found the ensuite shower to be very small and the lack of a TV in the rooms was disappointing. the parking fee per day was also higher than expected.

I always return here for my city trips. At my first stay, staff helped me with bags. the place suits me perfectly: has luggage storage, a fitness centre, swimming pool, and a spa. a business centre, air conditioning, non-smoking rooms, and more. It's my go-to choice.

The view from our room was just spectacular, especially when the sun went down. the pool was cool to take a plunge after a hot day, and I loved the option of bbq grills even though I didn't use them. If I had to nitpick, the wifi charges should be clear earlier, and the shower pressure and pillows could use a fix-up, but overall top-notch experience. 🌉

Thanksgiving stay was great! the apartment had three bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for my family. the beds were super comfortable and the river view was spectacular. On-site parking was available, which was convenient, but a bit pricey. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. the pool was also a hit with my little ones!

The lack of free Wi-Fi was a bit of a bummer and the bond policies were a little annoying. Holding the funds for up to 5 days seemed unnecessary.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was great for getting around by car and we had no trouble finding the hotel. It was quiet, yet conveniently close to a large road. The journey from the airport was easy and it was a quick drive to all the local attractions. The hosts were absolutely fabulous and incredibly kind. They even suggested a place for us to order a baby cot from and made sure it was there when we arrived. They even came to the rescue when we accidentally left our trainers in the cupboard. We felt so welcomed and taken care of.

I had a surprisingly great stay at Mantra On The Quay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the beautiful riverside. I especially loved the fact that the bedrooms were separate from the lounge room, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was tidy and the entire apartment was quite clean. The only downside was having to shower in the bath instead of a dedicated shower. However, the proximity to the riverside track made up for it, as it allowed me to continue my daily jogging routine. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great amenities.
