We were delighted with this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, providing top-notch room service and assisting with car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy to plan our activities. The room amenities were impressive, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar, and the terrace provided a lovely spot to relax. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance. the service, location, and amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Although the room was on the smaller side, it was still comfortable and well-appointed. The immediate area felt a bit unsafe, but we had no issues during our stay.

We had a great stay at Kennigo Hotel. The location was perfect for a night out in the Valley, with everything within a short walk. The check-in staff were quick and helpful, making the process smooth. Despite a smallish room, it had everything we needed and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the comfortable bed with blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

I was impressed with the newly renovated rooms that had a modern look and comfortable furniture. the bathroom was also updated and clean. Despite having a small room, it felt cozy and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the central location of the hotel, which was convenient for the function I was attending. the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and provided useful information, including directions and attire suggestions. the service I received was exceptional, and I now have a new preferred accommodation option when I visit Brisbane.

This hotel is conveniently located near Fortitude train station, making it easy to explore the area. It is also close to Chinatown, where guests can enjoy authentic cuisine. From the back of the hotel to the restaurant, the staff provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities. Guests can enjoy a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast, and the hotel offers a nice view of the city.

The surrounding area can be a bit dodgy, with rundown buildings and some uncomfortable individuals present.
