The location was absolutely perfect for our needs, right in the heart of the city. the staff were super friendly and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast provided was good value and had a good variety of choices in the buffet selection. the room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. There were small issues like dust on the furniture and the bathroom floor not being thoroughly cleaned.

The database was very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed quickly. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern, complete with a large shower.

The air conditioning in the room would randomly turn off, leaving us feeling hot and uncomfortable. It was also disappointing to have a view of a dead garden from our window.

We had a fantastic stay at Mantra South Bank. The location was perfect for our needs, allowing us to easily walk to Southbank and QPAC for a show. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a great variety and the parking assistance was a great bonus. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel close to restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. It was also not far from the convention center where we had to go. Additionally, we were able to easily access all the attractions and activities around the South Bank. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean and had good air conditioning. The hotel provided wifi, which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and the check-out process was fast.

Limited parking for offloading luggage proved to be a hassle.

Convenient location for dining and entertainment, easy parking access, heated pool available. Breakfast buffet has limited choices, but the hot meal from the menu is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with excellent room service. Highly recommended for couples and families.

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the location. It's situated in a beautiful area with lots of parks and restaurants nearby. The hotel's service was also excellent, and the staff were always happy to help with any request. The room amenities were great - I had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. Plus, the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and take in the view.

If you have a family, this place is perfect for you.

During our Easter stay, we really enjoyed the complementary buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, such as the theater and riverfront area. Plus, it was convenient to have access to the train and bus terminals nearby.

The pool and spa were not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the spa was cold and turned off, while the pool was just treated with chlorine, which made swimming uncomfortable.
