Stayed in a rad Mayan-themed joint with ocean view perks, what a peaceful snooze with the waves! Huge shout-out to the heated pool and hottub, total relaxation vibes. Just a minor hiccup with a false alarm scare, could've used clearer communication to quell the nerves 💤.

We stayed at this place and loved its location. It was close enough to everything in Surfers, and we could easily walk to the shops and boulevard, yet still be far enough away from the commotion of the nightlife. We appreciated the light rail stop being so nearby, as it made it easy to travel further. The staff was excellent and provided outstanding customer service. The room was spacious and contained everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the garden furniture, washing machine, and kitchenware. The swimming pools and jacuzzis were exceptional, and we loved the sun loungers and outdoor garden area.

This venue is highly recommended to anyone planning to stay in the area.

We were amazed by the stunning ocean views from our level 34 apartment at this hotel. Despite some cleanliness issues mentioned in previous reviews, our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The pools were great fun for the family, and we found the location to be conveniently close to public transportation. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Outdoor spa and indoor heated pool available. Slides and BBQ area are clean and impressive. The location is peaceful but still relatively close to the city. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are spacious and well-equipped. Excellent service from the staff.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the tram station making transportation easy to get around the area. The restaurant offered very special and delicious food and the staff were welcoming. The hotel was also very close to the theme parks, which was great. We had a great view of the pool and it was beautiful!

The housekeeping could have been better as we found dirt and dust under the beds and lounges.

As early risers, we loved the close proximity to the tram and the fact that the beach was just 100 meters away. The apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean and was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Parking on site was convenient, and we also appreciated the availability of sports facilities like the tennis and basketball courts. we had a fantastic experience at Mantra Sun City.

Best aspects about my Xmas hotel stay were the lovely staff and the great location. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had a pleasant experience. the hotel was situated in a perfect location, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

For example, some areas of the room were in need of some updates and maintenance. the room service could have been better.
