During my recent business trip to Moree, my director booked a stay for me at Maria Motel, chosen for its close proximity to the Aquatic Centre and the hot pool, which was the purpose of my visit. This was a fantastic decision as the location was ideal, allowing for easy access to the CBD and nearby attractions like Jellicoe Park and its Aboriginal Heritage Art Trail.

Some minor cleanliness issues noticed - dead bugs on the floor, dirty water glasses, and a less-than-pleasant smell in the shower.

The motel is conveniently located near the popular hot spa baths, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. It felt like having a personal oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Moree, akin to finding a hidden gem in a treasure hunt.

Limited power points.

The rooms are quiet and comfy, with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with good water pressure, perfect after a long drive! the motel is a stone's throw from the Artesian Waters, so no hassle getting there to relax after a day on the road. 👌 Just a heads up, the aircon is a bit tucked away, making it a tad tricky to set the perfect temperature, but it suited me just fine.

We enjoyed the convenient location right next to the hot pools, with easy access to the town center, the Aboriginal Heritage Art Trail, and the aquatic center. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking was secure, and the room was equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway and close to a pub, making it a great choice for those looking for a central location. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, which is a nice touch for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

No issues to mention, everything was satisfactory.

Recently renovated rooms with new kitchen, bathroom & furniture. A/c in main area & separate bedroom. Well-appointed kitchen with family size fridge & full, 6-person table. Comfy beds, 5th bed available. Outdoor table, BBQ, and pool. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant suggestions. Locked gates at night provide vehicle security.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating. the room was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, including a proper fridge and kitchen appliances. the outdoor dining area gave the motel a warm and community feel. the location was convenient, with popular attractions like the Artesian Waters pools nearby.

One thing that could be improved is adding bedside tables and bed lamps in the rooms for added convenience. a small ramp at the entry of the room could make it easier for wheelchair access.

Lovely owners, welcoming atmosphere, secure car park, great location, accommodating family room.

Almost perfect.

We had a great stay at Maria Motel. The location was perfect, right across the road from the Aquatic Centre and artesian spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful, showing us to our room and answering all our questions. The undercover parking was a bonus. The towels provided were lovely and the sheets were clean and fresh. The kitchenette in the room was also a great addition. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were super cool and even hooked us up with an espresso coffee maker. Plus, the motel was so close to the Aquatic center and the famous Artesian Waters pools – perfect for our chill hangs.

One tiny thing – we wished there was a cool hangout spot like a pool table or a music corner for more late-night fun with friends.

This motel is in a prime location, with shops, an aquatic centre, and a pub nearby. The rooms are well equipped, with a kitchenette perfect for travelers. The staff are helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, there are free laundry facilities available, making it convenient for guests.

The cleanliness of the floors and bathroom could be improved with closer attention.

Decent location, away from the main street, and the room was well priced. the sheets were nice and clean, there was plentiful hot water, and the shower pressure was top-notch – perfect for washing my hair after a long drive. the staff were also friendly and warm.

To make matters worse, the air conditioner was struggling and it was extremely hot, especially considering it was the middle of summer.
