AMAZING central location for beach, dining, shopping, and bars; helpful, friendly.

My family and I had a smooth, delightful stay at a quaint apartment complex. the surroundings were serene, with lovely greenery and a relaxing pool area. the kind managers, Graham and Kirsty, made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring nearby eateries and the beach. While the decor was a bit dated, the amenities were top-notch, including two bathrooms and laundry facilities. A great spot for a family getaway. Cheers from down under!

Had a fantastic time at this hotel! the apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a family vacation. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, always ready to help out. the location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. the outdoor pool was a refreshing spot to relax and soak up the sun.

One thing that could be improved is the condition of the cookware in the kitchen. Some of it was old and unusable, making it difficult to cook meals.

Conveniently located near convention center and major shopping/dining area. Spacious unit well-equipped with toddler-friendly furnishings. Friendly staffs who addressed our concern. Well-maintained facilities including pool. Highly recommended for a 5-star holiday experience.

The apartment was spacious, the office staff was amazing, they went above and beyond, the managers were extremely helpful, the room was clean, the kitchen and laundry were sizable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Broadbeach and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect as it was just opposite the nearest bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to travel around. Additionally, the hotel was near the beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful coastline. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - they provided excellent service and were very attentive to all our needs. Moreover, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and provided good privacy, allowing for a comfortable stay. the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and offered great value for money.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory - no complaints.

Great Location! We loved being just a short stroll away from shops, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel's decor may be a little outdated, but it served our purpose of exploring the area perfectly. The reception was very helpful and even provided a hairdryer upon request. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day. The highlight of our apartment was definitely the comfortable lazy boy couch, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The underground car park was spacious and accommodated our two families easily. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and the split level allowed us to relax without feeling crowded. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

I always return for work trips. They helped me find parking on my first stay. Everything I need is here: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Pool, Jacuzzi, Kitchen utensils. No smokers; no pets. Great outdoor area for relaxing. Can't ask for more!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to a wide variety of beautiful restaurants and a shopping centre with everything you need. The proximity to the flagged beach is also a major plus. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with nice hot spa facilities and little touches like milk in the fridge.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, with dusty washing machines and unpainted patched repairs. there were not enough power points in the kitchen and only one bath mat for two bathrooms.

the hotel's location was spot on, it was close by to all the best restaurants, shops and beach which was only a few minutes walk away. the rooms offered cozy and comfortable stays, with all the necessary features that made our stay enjoyable such as a large and handy fridge, an efficient dishwasher and comfy beds. And finally, the great value of the hotel made it even more appealing to stay and enjoy.

the air conditioning wasn't ideal especially for a warm climate, making the bedroom a bit stuffy and too hot, though we managed by making the best of the cooled living room. the fan was making too much noise and was a bit too wobbly, making for a restless and noisy night's sleep, which was not ideal.
