the cabin was modern and clean. located for easy access around - with woolworths nearby. friendly staff made our stay great - offering tips on local spots. most of the time can be spent within park; swimming pool - games room, and playgrounds are amazing for kids.

Helpful staff and convenient location

Our cabin had all the essentials we needed, and the ability to have a grocery order delivered and packed away before our arrival was exceptionally helpful. the location was great for both accessing the city and enjoying a peaceful stay without traffic and noise issues. Unfortunately, the outdated cabin furniture and the issues with the heater were minor downsides during our stay.

I always return here for my city trips. Staff kindly arranged a late check out once. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Fitness centre, Outdoor pool & Jacuzzi, Flat-screen TV, Table tennis. the perfect spot!

the staff was helpful, the cabins were spacious, and the park had plenty of fun activities. A special mention to the caretaker who was incredibly accommodating and made our family getaway extra relaxing. Even though the washing machines were a bit pricey, it didn't dampen our spirits. I'm already looking forward to coming back with the whole gang! Cheers from Down Under! .

We stayed at Big4 Melbourne Holiday Park for the second time this year. The staff were friendly and the park was well situated and quiet. The cabins were spacious and clean, and the caretaker staff member was extremely helpful. The park is a great place for a family getaway and we felt safe and secure. The location is excellent, with easy access to most parts of the city. The coffee shop attached to the reception was a lovely bonus.

My wife says that adding more scheduled kid's activities, such as arts and crafts or disco nights, would enhance the overall experience for families.

Had an epic time with mates hitting up Hotel Triplets Entertainment & Family last weekend. It was lit! the games were off the charts, and the vibe was chill. the staff were super cool and the location was primo for exploring the city.

Would love to have more late-night activities for us young party animals. A groovy party scene would've taken the stay to the next level!
