I just stayed at this awesome hotel! The indoor pool was even better than the photos. I’d totally choose it again for the cozy rooms and GREAT location near the shops!

We find the location fantastic, just a quick walk to Knox City Shopping Centre and a variety of dining options at the Ozone. the apartment is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, which makes our stay very convenient. the main bedroom features an en-suite that adds a touch of comfort, and the staff is friendly and responsive to our needs.

Cleanliness could be improved, as there were signs of neglect upon our arrival.

the indoor swimming pool was a highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping at the nearby knox shopping centre! only downside was the grocery shopping service could’ve been a bit quicker. a great experience!

I’m still not sure how I ended up cleaning out a mystery laundry smell, though—definitely not part of the plan! Parking felt more like an extreme sport than a convenience. Great location but I’ll take the surf over smelly sheets next time. Mates, bring your own pillows!
