we stayed at Mercure and had a wonderful experience. our room on the 8th floor offered a stunning view of the lake and mountains. the customer service was exceptional, providing helpful advice. the hotel's location near the Labor Club and shops was convenient. the room was quiet and luxurious, with comfortable beds and effective block-out curtains. parking was easy and reasonably priced. overall, a lovely new hotel for a pleasant stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the staff was very apologetic and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. the room I stayed in was a Superior King Room on the top floor, offering stunning views of the lake and providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. the central location of the hotel allowed easy access to various attractions and dining options. the hotel itself was well-designed and spacious, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the proximity to shops, cafes, and entertainment venues added to the convenience of the location.

One area that could be improved upon is the breakfast experience. While the breakfast buffet was a great add-on, there were some issues with the quality of the food and temperature of hot items.

The room was lovely! There was literally a menu of pillows that you could order from to make your stay more comfortable. We felt like Goldilocks trying out different pillows until we found the perfect one – just right! the service was impeccable, and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

The location of Mercure was perfect for our needs and the front desk staff were very helpful with directions. Although there wasn't room service, the hotel club provided plenty of options. The modern decor and facilities were top-notch, and the bed was very comfortable. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect and it was easy to walk to all the great places nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they even read our request for a quiet room and gave us the perfect spot on the 7th floor. The room was new, the bathroom was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided nice amenities like an electric kettle, flat-screen TV and free toiletries. it was a great experience and we highly recommend this venue.

Our last-minute stay at Mercure Belconnen was fantastic. the staff arranged an upgrade due to flight cancellations, providing a very clean, comfortable room close to the mall. the bed was cozy, parking convenient, and WiFi reliable. the towels were impressively oversized, and the bathroom top-notch. Breakfast, although pricey, was tasty, and the service was exceptional throughout.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The Mercure Canberra Belconnen provides a very modern and comfortable experience. The hotel's use of technology, such as Smart TVs with Chromecast and wireless phone charging table lamps, is commendable. The USB ports in every switchboard point and ambient lighting add to the convenience. The hotel's location in a peaceful area within the city is an added bonus.

Felt exceptional, no complaints.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we had no trouble sleeping throughout the night. the hotel's location was perfect, close to many popular tourist attractions and within walking distance of cafes and a grocery store. We also enjoyed the free car parking and the beautiful lake nearby for sunset walks.

The buffet selection was limited and often cold, and we waited a long time to be served by the staff. the covered parking was cold and not enclosed, making it unpleasant to wait for the lift.

The hotel is conveniently located close to GIO stadium, which was perfect for attending the game I had planned. It was also close to everything I needed, such as shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The service staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The common areas were exceptionally clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. it was great value for money and I would definitely book here again.

The parking situation was a bit frustrating, as there wasn't much street parking available and I had to pay for parking both off street and in the motel carpark.
