We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The gluten-free section at breakfast was a great bonus for my dietary needs. The room was comfortable and the bed was super cozy. a great experience for couples.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is super close to China Town, and there is a great little cafe right across the lane that offers delicious breakfast options. it is conveniently located near Central train station, making it easy to access other train destinations. There are also a variety of buses available nearby, allowing for easy transportation to other locations.

The staff here are top-notch and really go above and beyond to assist guests. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff members who are always willing to provide full customer service. The room amenities are great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where you can enjoy a welcome drink and snacks on the house.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and provided daily room service. The comfortable bed and convenient location opposite the train station made traveling around easy. The free shuttle bus right in front of the hotel was a bonus. The friendly and helpful hotel staff were great in addressing our enquiries. My recent stay at Mercure was fantastic. I was in Sydney for a short city break and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from Central Station and close to shops and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city before our evening flight. The breakfast in the dining room was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. Our room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right near Central station. This made it really convenient for me to use public transportation and explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the waitress at the reception who trusted me enough to let me in for breakfast while she was on a call. It made me feel very comfortable and taken care of.
