Nice spot for me—surf in arvo, hotel has fav snacks, easy chatter at the bar. Brekky, tasty bistro nosh, good times. Had an adventure with lift drama but the folks were kind. Received a refund. Comfy, clean room, but the loo layout was a workout! Georgie’s a gem. On the quiet, clean side 10/10 would visit again; need for flexibility when legs don't fold well! Cheers, mate!

the room's design was impeccable, the staff were attentive and the hotel's location centrally convenient. the attached bistro/bar provided a seamless dining experience, and the on-site facilities were top-notch. Although minor issues with the room's maintenance cropped up, they were swiftly addressed. the nearby landmarks like Burke St Park and West Gippsland Arts Centre added a charming touch to our family getaway, while the spa & wellness center offered a relaxing retreat.

staying at mercure was a delightful experience. the comfy room, quiet ambiance, and convenient access to the attached bar for meals made our stay so enjoyable. the staff was accommodating, allowing us to check in early for a wedding. the room amenities, like the mini bar, added to the overall comfort of our visit.

The staff were amazing, always willing to assist with any request we had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The on-site restaurant and bar provided delicious meals and a great atmosphere. We also loved the spa and wellness centre, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

We hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and FELT LIKE SUPERSTARS! the room was comfy, and we could easily watch our fave shows on the TV, making it feel like home away from home.

We wish there was a cooler hangout spot in the hotel for young party animals like us! A vibrant rooftop bar with music and games would've topped off our stay perfectly!

The facilities at Mercure were up to date and the accommodation was very comfortable. Despite a minor issue with the room not being cleaned properly, the staff were polite and professional in handling the situation. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of town with no outside noise. We also enjoyed a good meal at the associated restaurant, which offered good value for money. I would recommend this hotel for its clean and comfortable accommodations.

The room was decently clean and parking was trouble-free. the central location was handy for accessing nearby shops and restaurants.

The fitted sheet was too small for the bed and it kept slipping off throughout the night. the minibar was lacking, and there were no extra toiletries in the bathroom, not even shower caps.
