The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed to switch to a family room due to one of our kids being unwell. They even provided laundry support and our breakfasts were delivered promptly, saving us the hassle of finding food after a long journey. The outdoor picnic area and BBQ facilities were a nice touch, making it feel very family-friendly. Plus, the location was convenient, just a short stroll to shops and the beach!
