The staff at the reception desk, like one manager, were friendly and couldn't do enough to help with any request. The leisure facilities are top-notch, including a steam room, indoor swimming pool, and sun terrace.

Although the shower was blocked, the room amenities provided were excellent, such as the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

The hotel is close to the Circular Quay station, where you can visit iconic landmarks like the Opera House. The outdoor area is particularly enjoyable, providing a nice space to relax. The rooms are clean, with daily service by the staff.
