Our surprise party was a hit thanks to the amazing reception crew! They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even providing extra chairs and cutlery. The apartment was impeccable and the staff friendly. I highly recommend!

During my stay, I was pleased with the hotel's convenient location near amazing restaurants and a nearby supermarket, making my vacation more comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet area, making it a peaceful oasis within the city. I also enjoyed the quick access to public transportation to reach my destination effortlessly. The room was spacious, air conditioner working perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The shower head could use an update; it had low water pressure.

Amazing views of Moore Park, quiet and soundproof rooms, helpful and friendly staff at the front desk, large living area, convenient location near a supermarket and eateries.

I stayed at a suite at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and tidy it was. The staff there were friendly and very helpful, especially Bianca who assisted us during check-in. The location was perfect for us as it was near shops, cafes, and restaurants. The suite had all the necessary facilities, including a kitchen and comfortable bed. I also appreciated the customer service as they sent a bottle of champagne, balloon, and card for my son's birthday. it was a great value for money and I would definitely come back here.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel. the exclusive amenities provided in our room fulfilled our luxurious needs. the spacious room with private facilities and the comfortable king size bed made our stay pleasant. the indoor heated swimming pool with a shallow end was perfect for our little one to have fun. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, they assisted us with all our needs. the garden area was quiet and relaxing, adding to the peaceful ambiance.

Checking, in to the hotel was great, but receiving multiple swipe cards , one for the lift, one for the car park and one for the room door. It was a minor issue, but it could have been sorted out better.

The complementary chocolate and champagne were nice, and the location was convenient for getting to the fireworks. the pool area was fairly clean, and the towels were fluffy.

The noise from the street and other guests was unbearable, we could barely sleep. the price was way too high considering the lack of amenities and basic room design.
