While the reception was a bit tricky to locate with luggage due to a steep driveway, the location near Westfield was perfect for work. The room was spacious, new, and had a comfy bed. The bathroom needed updates and cleanliness improved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with cost-effective rates.

The spacious rooms and family-friendly facilities made our trip enjoyable and stress-free. the proximity to Westfield for quick shopping trips was a bonus.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

I keep returning for trips. Staff kindly returned my forgotten earpods once. Free Wi-Fi, parking, fitness centre, and laundry. Rooms with flat-screen TV, kettle, and kitchen supplies make it perfect. With wheelchair access, air-con, no smoking, and no pets, it suits me perfectly.

we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at metro hotel and got upgraded to a spacious room with a kitchenette, city views from the balcony, and two king size beds. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the nearby shopping center and rooftop restaurants. the staff were accommodating and the late check-out at midday was just what we needed.
